ICHEP è una conferenza enorme, e con enorme intendo dire che ci saranno più di mille partecipanti, e moooolte presentazioni. La soluzione tipica per gestire un sacco di contributi in una grande conferenza è tenere sessioni parallele: interventi che appartengono a “traccie” differenti sono raggruppati insieme, e presentati in sale diverse allo stesso orario.
